My name is Crystal Williams and planning weddings and events is my absolute passion!
I started CCE Weddings in February 2020 after leaving my previous job as a Wedding and Events Coordinator at two very popular Country Club in Charlotte, NC. I knew that my next adventure within the planning field would be one that I led on my own. I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for a little over 11 years now and have experience in almost every position you can imagine. I’m truly in love with all aspects of planning and executing weddings no matter how big or small. Unlike other planners, I don't mind getting my hands dirty, negotiating, or dealing with tough decisions. My sole purpose as your planner is to create a memorable experience that you will never forget!

About Me
Raised in Westchester, NY, Dani brings a refined eye for detail and a true love of hospitality to every celebration she touches. She relocated to Charlotte in 2018 and has since made North Carolina home, seamlessly blending New York sophistication with Southern warmth.
With five years of experience in the luxury wedding industry, Dani is passionate about creating events that feel effortless yet unforgettable. She believes the most meaningful moments are often the quietest ones — private vows, first looks, and those in-between glances that capture the heart of each love story.
When she’s not planning and coordinating beautiful wedding days, Dani is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, an avid traveler, and a proud dog mom to her goldendoodle, Luna.

I started my career in wedding and event planning in 2019 at a Country Club after graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I immediately fell in love with the job and the opportunity to connect with people on some of the most special days of their lives. Crystal has been a mentor to me for quite a few years and I am so excited to be a part of the CCE team!

I began my journey in event planning through working as an assistant event planner once the world re-opened from COVID. I was quickly reminded of the importance of togetherness and gained a passion for creating memorable and seamless experiences for others. Joining Crystal, Kendall and the CCE team has allowed me to continue to foster my passion, all while learning from one of the best in the industry. I’m thrilled to be part of such a meaningful process and love contributing to making each couple’s special day stress-free and unforgettable.

I’ve loved two things for as long as I can remember: weddings and real estate. So it felt natural to start a career that lets me live in both worlds—as a licensed NC/SC Realtor and a coordinating assistant with CCE. Supporting and connecting with people on some of the most memorable days of their lives brings me so much joy. It never feels like work—more like a true passion that I’m grateful to live out every day.

My love for wedding coordinating began during a summer internship at a private golf club. Throughout that summer, I had the opportunity to assist with three weddings and quickly realized this was a path I wanted to pursue. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I officially joined the wedding coordinating industry in 2024. I love playing a role in such a meaningful day, building relationships with couples, and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic of each celebration!

Whenever I watch the movie 27 Dresses, I see myself in the young version of the main character from the first scene: a little girl falling completely in love with weddings. Thankfully I haven't become the perpetual bridesmaid, (not yet anyway), but my love for weddings has stayed with me my whole life. I was so fortunate to turn that love into work when a family friend asked me to plan and oversee her wedding in 2021, and from there I got to work with a number of event planners in the area. Now, I'm excited to be joining the CCE team to continue the work I love to do and learn more about the industry!
