Our company offers one tier of wedding planning in an effort to give all of our client's equal direction and attention. Coordinating begins 6- months prior to your wedding day. This time frame allows us the opportunity to provide clear direction in guidance to execute the perfect wedding day for you.

     Pre-Wedding Guidance

  • Five Pre-Wedding Consultations with your planner.

  • A Point of contact for your vendors 6 months prior to the wedding.

  • Facilitate the ceremony rehearsal (1-2 days prior to the wedding day).

  • Wedding planning timeline preparation and wedding checklist.

  • Access to CCE's preferred vendor list.

  • Assistance with vendor negotiations and bookings.

  • Contract review and booking assistance.

  • Vendor management on the day of the wedding.

  • Wedding venue set up & breakdown (additional fees may apply).

  • Detailed vision board catered to you.

  • Assistance in the creation and ordering of save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and all printed materials. 

  • Coordinating accommodations & transportation.

  • Wedding Etiquette information

  • General advice from the planner.

  • Access to rentals lower than market pricing.

Wedding Day Execution

  • On-site Coordinator which allows you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

  • Directing vendors

  • Keeping you on a structured wedding timeline.

  • Decor delivery and load out.

  • Greeting your guest and VIPS. 

  • Providing clear direction to the bridal party.

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the wedding ceremony and reception.

  • Setup of wedding accessories like guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières

  • Ensuring VIPs are in place.

  • Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed.

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.

  • Providing a stocked emergency wedding kit.

  • Handling any unforeseen hiccups.

  • Packing of decor and important items in the designated car

$1,800 Coordination Fee 

*$200 surcharge for Holiday Weekends* 

Travel Fee's Applied 

*30 miles or more outside of the Charlotte area*
