Booking CCE Weddings was the best decision we made in the course of planning our wedding. I wasn't sure if I really thought we needed a planner, but I'm so glad we did. Crystal and Kendall were absolutely amazing to work with during the process. I had some decisions made when I booked them but there were some vendors (DJ, hair/make-up) that I didn't have figured out and didn't really know where to start with the research. They were immediately able to provide suggestions and were able to put me in touch with their preferred vendors so fast. They made those decisions so easy to make. They were thoughtful, considerate, and quick with everything I threw at them.
That's all BEFORE the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they kept us on track in a way I wouldn't have believed possible. I have no idea if it's normal to have wedding party members talk about how much they like your planner, but we got multiple compliments on how well Crystal ran everything (Kendall was working at the reception venue at the time), and a couple of the party members are in the Wedding business. The venue set up was perfect. I still can't believe how well everything went.

I was married on May 27th 2023. My fiancé at the time, and I are high school sweethearts and had a huge wedding of roughly about 200 people planned. I would not have made it to May 28th without Crystal. Not only was she a resource through the planning stages but she relieved a ton of my stress and anxiety by just taking initiative. The checklists and assignments she provided helped me tremendously. I had several vendors that sang her praises of professionalism and organization. There was never a time she was not involved or late and would send me friendly reminders to ensure I was doing my part as well. The day of the wedding she was so hands on and involved that not only my bridal party raved about her, but my guests! I had several family members and friends ask for her contact information for future events because she really made her presence known. My husband (who does little to no planning ever) mentioned how helpful she was toward the end of the night when the cleaning crew was gathering up decorations and etc. because even toward the end she had structure. In short, I’m choosing Crystal’s services every single time. When we decide to do a vow renewal, baby shower, birthday party etc- we will always choose Crystal. We asked for Crystal's services well into wedding planning since it was becoming a bit overwhelming to manage all of the details. She did a phenomenal job of jumping right in to introduce herself to our vendors and quickly built out a timeline that met our expectations for the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail and suggestions for a perfect day were tasteful and played well to what we wanted for our wedding experience. Crystal's day of coordination allowed Grace and I to enjoy the day without having to worry about the minute details.

Crystal was an amazing part of our day. We had a change of venue due to weather and it was handled once we made the call with no extra effort from my wife and I. She took an extremely stressful situation (planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic), and handled it very well, allowing us to be excited about our wedding, rather than stressed. I cannot believe how perfect our wedding day went, mostly as a result of your involvement. We have received only positive feedback from our family and friends about the coordination of our wedding. Everything ran smoothly and to schedule. I certainly felt like I just had to show up. The night of our wedding seemed flawless and we give you all the credit for making it happen for us!
At the end of the night we went to leave and all of our personal items were neatly packed into our car. I couldn't believe that we could just have the formal exit and leave! When I first started to plan my wedding, I thought I could handle everything on my own. I never considered hiring a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, mainly for budgetary reasons. Once the wedding was a couple months close I realized no matter how much I had planned everything I still needed someone to make sure the day ran smoothly. Luckily I found this angel called Crystal! For a very reasonable price I was able to hire her as a day-of coordinator. For my luck, she went above and beyond expectations. She is extremely organized, reliable and responsible. We planned our wedding for 14 months and Crystal was there with us every step of the way. It’s very stressful to plan such a huge event like your wedding day. Add the stress of a global pandemic. I knew from the first time we met you at Providence Country Club that this was the way to go. In fact, I remember telling you that you were a huge part of why we chose that venue. You were always prepared and professional. I felt so confident in your abilities to pull all the elements together and you did so beautifully.
When I asked you your thoughts on having Hayley and Erik's college mascot attend the reception you were all in! When he called you to let you know there was a problem with his stay at the hotel, you calmly called me aside to let me know what needed to happen and you made it so. There is no way I could have dealt with that without you there smoothing the way for me. Looking back at the pictures and the wedding video I got to really see how absolutely flawless the ceremony and reception was down to the last detail.
